Frequently Asked Questions.........(We all have them!)

What is Glamping?   Glamping is staying in a tent....but forget soggy, cold nights with miserable camp food - our tents have split system heaters, full queen beds, internal bathrooms and kitchenettes as well as fire pits and in deck spa baths! All the good things whilst still being out among nature.

What do you provide in the tents?   All bed linen and towels you'll need are included. There will be a self cook breakfast platter consisting of our own eggs and seasonal vegetables as well as bacon, avocados, bread etc. Coffee pod machine, kettle, toaster and a selection of cereals and oat satchels fill out your breakfast. Your furry friends are accommodated with a dog bed and bowls ready and both tents contained in dog proof areas. Fire wood for the fire pits are on hand (except for fire restriction periods) along with fire lighters, matches and of course marshmallows for toasting!

Is there heating/cooling? Our tents have split system heating/cooling along with fans, extra blankets, outdoor fire pits - so we have a lot of bases covered for you!

Can we feed the animals?   Absolutely. In fact most of them will love you forever! The horses love carrots or licorice, the chickens and ducks like a few weeds and maybe a little bread, and the goats will take nearly anything!

Can we ride the horses? Unfortunately our insurance doesn't allow riding. You can feed and interact with them as much as you like though, and if you do want to ride we highly recommend Uncle Nevs who are just 20 minutes away   https://www.unclenevs.com.au/

Are the any good walks/hikes in the area?   There sure are - Mitchell Shire has compiled a great list of available walks that can be found here    https://www.mitchellshire.vic.gov.au/our-region/discovermitchell/tracks-and-walking-trails
